I just installed a fresh Wordpress (4.8.1–fr_FR) and your template (Yve) with the recommended plugins.
Unfortunately, I got an error when using "One click import demo". And the site does not looks at all as the demo (no pictures...).

Do you have an idea of what I should do to load your demos ? And is it mandatory/recommanded to buy a "Visual Composer" licence for using your theme ?
I tested the theme with the latest WP release (4.8.1) and everything is working correctly.That must be some issue with your webhost.You can confirm here: http://poopy.life that the theme is indeed importing the demos without any issues.Try contacting your webhost, maybe they have some kind of limitation on their end.
About Visual Composer, you don't need to buy a license, it's only for the theme author.
I finally succeed. I made a few reset of the website before being able to make it work properly (Thanks to WordPress Reset). Maybe because I have activated the recommended extensions in a different order every time... until it finally worked.
It definitely wasn't an issue with my webhost (ovh).
Thank you for the information about Visual Composer.
It looks like Visual Composer is disabled when editing portfolio items. (It works when editing pages). Do you have an idea on how to fix it ?

You have to open Visual Composer settings and enable it to work with portfolio pages.Check the video I attached.

I've got exactly the same issue as Helicoidee with template Yve:
brand new installation of WP 8.4.1 (hosting: OVH), installed all recommended plugins and I can not install Demo 5. After a failed installation with "One click import demo" I receive the same message as Helicoidee.
I've tried to reset few times the website (WordPress Reset plugin) but without result.
If Rodrigo is not able to help, maybe Helicoidee will give more details as he successfully installed the Demo 5?
This theme uses the "One Click Import Demo" plugin to import the demos.I tested it several times, and everything is working.You can test it for yourself by creating a temporary installation here: http://poopy.life
Since you have the same webhost (OVH) as Helicoidee, it seems that the webhost is at fault.
If you want, send me an admin login via email (email@example.com), and we will install the demo manually.
I didn't take track of what I did before it finally worked.
1 - uninstall theme and site reset
2 - activate all the extensions
3 - install theme
4 - import demo
If it doesn't work, start again in the following order : 1,3,2,4

The problem in fact is probably related to the OVH rather than to the template.
Finally I uploaded the demo to my other site and then moved it using WP Duplicate plugin.
The most interesting is that both sites were hosted by OVH :)
